I have started to experiment more with cooking. I have sought out interesting restaurants and delicious looking food from all cultures. Well, when I had heard about <strong>THE IMPOSSIBLE BURGER<\/strong>, an <strong>all vegan burger<\/strong> that LOOKS and TASTES like MEAT I had to give it a try. Full disclosure, I do enjoy eating meat, but I have had my stint at being vegetarian and it was nice too. I prefer to eat healthy and have a balance between my protein and vegetables. I avoid soda and foods that are too greasy\/oily. That&#8217;s my general flavor profile, but I don&#8217;t create any hard and fast rules.. and I&#8217;m always down to try new things!<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, without further ado, here is our <strong>review<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"660\" height=\"372\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QeO77i5eJks?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We went to <strong>Crossroads Kitchen<\/strong> on <strong>Melrose<\/strong>, founded by <strong>chef Tal Ronnen<\/strong> who created this upscale <strong>vegan restaurant<\/strong> with a full bar that does not come across as a vegan restaurant but rather as a comfortable delicious food filled establishment.<\/p>\n<p>Spoiler alert* we thought the burger tasted pretty <strong>good<\/strong>! Though as a $14 dollar burger it is on the pricier side, but I think it is a very unique burger. Everything is unique from the cheese to the patty and is definitely worth a try.
