David Guetta at the Great Wall Music Festival – Beijing, China

May 11th, 2013 I went to the Great Wall Music Festival. It was definitely a great experience. I had not been to a music festival in my 3 years in Beijing so it was definitely worth going. If you haven’t been to a music festival you should check one out – usually a very fun experience and there are a lot of positive vibes all around. With that said, there can also be a lot of various substances floating around.. if that’s not for you, have the discipline to politely decline. You can definitely have a good time with the music and excitement of all the other people around.

In attendance spinning at this music festival was Andy C, UFO DJs, and David Guetta. A lot of people flew in from all parts of the world to party at the Great Wall Music Festival. Everyone just came to have a good time and you could feel all the energy around you. The music really lifts you up too. It’s pretty amazing.

As night fell the energy rose. People were really getting into it. David Guetta came on to perform the last set. He played a lot of his top songs like “Titanium”, “Just One Last Time”, and “Without you”. He played a lot of other songs as well. The one downside to the event was that it ended pretty early. It was over around 10:30pm. At 10:30 everyone was just getting to the peak of the excitement and then suddenly the music ended, the festival was over, and everyone had to shuttle home. I just wanted it to keep going! =)

Ending early aside, it was a great event. The weather was just right. The music and the lights and the people just made it such a positive experience.
