Actor, Stunt Coordinator, Alfred Hsing grabs a meal with UFC Strawweight Fighter Michelle Waterson in the latest Episode of Martial Arts and a Meal, produced by Hsing’s production company, RIHSING STUDIO.

They visit Sticky Rice in Albuquerque, New Mexico for some delicious grilled chicken and mango sticky rice for dessert! Afterwards, they visit Jackson Wink MMA Academy, home of UFC champs, Jon Jones and Holly Holm before heading to Michelle’s private home gym, where she shares three self-defense techniques that anyone can pick up!
